Due to the overwhelming amount of requests for service calls, we now find ourselves in a position where our drivers are spending a great deal of time servicing kegerators. Because of the amount of time and effort put into these serivce calls, we will now be offering a 'Service Call' option. We ask that you check any and all boxes that are applicable to your problem. Our drivers have experience dealing with a variety of kegerators, but please bear in mind that our drivers are not technicians and therefore may not be able to fix your problem. For example, if your kegerator does not cool down to the desired 38 degrees F, our drivers will not be able to adjust our fix your cooling system. The charge of $25.00 is a flat rate, payable regardless of the outcome. The allocated time per visit is 30 minutes; although most problems can be and will be addressed and rectified in less time. Price does not include parts.
