Cocchi Americano is Italy's most celebrated aperitif wine, made to the same recipe since 1891 in Asti, Piedmont. Built on a Moscato d'Asti base with cinchona bark (quinine), gentian, and citrus, it's floral, bittersweet, and irresistibly complex.
