CARAVEDO ACHOLADO PISCO

This award winning "acholado" style Peruvian Pisco, formerly known as Pisco Portón, is sustainably harvested and hand-crafted at the oldest distillery in the Americas, Destilería La Caravedo, Est. 1684. Clean, well balanced. Crisp, with aromas of toffee, berries, vanilla, and raisins. Very structured with complex with notes of citrus, herbs, and orange blossoms. Impressions of hay and bananas with hints of chocolate.

CARAVEDO MOSTO VERDE PISCO

Peru - A hand crafted blend of Quebranta, Torontel, and Albilla grapes that have not completely fermented. Earthy and musty with dark fruit undertones. Rich and silky texture complimented by a sweet fruit finish. Try as a pisco sour.

CARAVEDO QUERBANTA PISCO

This Caravedo is a pisco puro, which means that it is made with only one grape from the allowed eight in the production of Peruvian pisco. In this case, they use the quebranta grape. Quebranta is a non-aromatic varietal so the fruit notes that you find will be minimal. As it the case with all Peruvian piscos, this is distilled to proof without any water added at any point.

CARAVEDO PURO TORONTEL PISCO

Peru- On the nose are aromas of floral bouquet, citrus, and peach, then it moves into a palate consisting of pears, peaches, gardenia, violet, and lemon. The finish is medium with lingering floral notes. Serve chilled and with a friend or two.
