Herbaceous with hints of grapefruit and a light earthiness. Good acidity, mineral driven, well-balanced with a clean, medium finish. Notes: Delicious with tempura, full flavored fish and shellfish, fresh green vegetable dishes, and coconut-based Asian dishes. A flavorful base for stocks and marinades. ABV: 15.6%.

MOMOKAWA CREAMY NIGORI SAKE 750ml

Momokawa Organic saké are the first and only saké to carry the USDA seal. From the rice paddy through the brewery, every step is certified. Rice, yeast, koji, every element including our rice mill and brewing equipment. Enjoyment: Chill and serve with spicy foods, chocolate and rich barbecue or simply on its own as a organically decadent treat. ABV: 16%.

MURAI SAKE 720ml

Saké club favorite. Considered the "king" of nigori style saké. Enjoyment: Because it hasn’t been diluted this saké is a powerhouse of complex tropical flavors making it perfect for spicy cuisine like Thai curries and dense chocolate cakes. Polish: 75% ABV: 19.9%.

Sayuri Junmai Nigori Hakutsuru Sake 720ml

SAYURI means "a little lily", which reminds us of the delicate image of Japanese culture. In actuality, the word "yuri", or "lily", has the meaning in floral terms of "chastity" and "innocence", and "SAYURI" is also used as a name for Japanese girls and women. We created SAYURI as an embodied gracefulness of Japan. Using only selected rice and rice koji, this is pure Nigori sake brewed up carefully with the natural water of Rokko. ABV: 12.5%.

YAEGAKI JUNMAI SAKE CA 750ML

Yaegaki Junmai Sake is a premium Japanese sake brewed in California. "Junmai" indicates that only rice, rice koji (mold), and water are used in its production. Expect aromas of rice, fruit, and a touch of earthiness. ABV:15-16%
