It is important to ensure that your beer lines remain free of proteins and film. We use an alkaline detergent cleaner and water solution that is “power washed” through your beer lines. We also clean your couplers and faucets. Depending on your frequency of use, we recommend that you clean your lines at least once every quarter.
Each line cleaning consists of one (1) kegerator with up to two (faucets).
If you have kegs and equipment (tubs, pumps, jockey box) that you would like us to pick up and return to the store for you, please choose this option.
Regardless of how many kegs you have to return, or how much equipment you have, the cost is the same.
If you believe that your current beer lines are old and loosing their flexibility, you may consider replacing them.
The cost includes labor and parts for one (1) beer line.
If your kegerator is not pouring properly or not pouring at all, we will assess the problem, identify the issue and resolve it. We are not equipped to deal with the compressor or other refrigeration issues.
Prior to ordering a trouble call, we recommend you determine the following:
a. ensure you still have beer in your keg (empty kegs will not pour anything);
b. ensure that your CO2 is not empty;
c. check the PSI to ensure it is not too high or too low (8-10);
d. check the temperature of your kegerator. Improper temperature will cause foam;
IF POSSIBLE, PLEASE DESCRIBE THE NATURE OF THE TROUBLE CALL IN THE COMMENTS SECTION DURING CHECK OUT.
