You must be at least 21 years of age to purchase or receive alcoholic beverages from this website. It is illegal under California law (Business and Professions Code §25658) to sell or furnish alcoholic beverages to any person under 21 years of age, and unlawful for persons under 21 to purchase, consume, or possess such beverages.
ID verification required at delivery
All deliveries of alcoholic beverages require valid government-issued photo identification confirming the recipient is 21 years of age or older. The delivery driver is required by California law to refuse the delivery if the recipient:
- Cannot present valid government-issued photo ID;
- Is visibly intoxicated;
- Is obviously under the age of 21 regardless of ID claims.
Prohibited shipping destinations
We ship only within the state of California. We do not ship to any state or jurisdiction where the shipment or receipt of alcoholic beverages by the consumer is prohibited by law, including dry counties or states where direct-to-consumer shipment of alcohol is not permitted. Customer is responsible for confirming the legality of shipment to their delivery address.
Responsible consumption

Pregnancy warning
According to the Surgeon General, women should not drink alcoholic beverages during pregnancy because of the risk of birth defects.
