What information do we collect?

We collect information from you when you register on our site, place an order, subscribe to our newsletter, respond to a survey, or fill out a form. Any data we request that is not required will be specified as voluntary or optional.

When ordering or registering on our site, as appropriate, you may be asked to enter your name, email address, mailing address, phone number, or payment information. You may also visit our site anonymously.

Like most websites, we use cookies to enhance your experience, gather general visitor information, and track visits to our website. Please refer to the “Do we use cookies?” section below.

What do we use your information for?

  • To personalize your experience — your information helps us respond to your individual needs.
  • To improve our website — we continually improve our offerings based on the information and feedback we receive from you.
  • To improve customer service — your information helps us respond more effectively to your requests and support needs.
  • To process transactions — your information, whether public or private, will not be sold, exchanged, transferred, or given to any other company for any reason whatsoever without your consent, other than for the express purpose of delivering the purchased product or service requested.
  • To send periodic emails — the email address you provide may be used to send information and updates pertaining to your order, occasional company news, updates, promotions, and related product or service information. Every email includes unsubscribe instructions.

How do we protect your information?

Our online store is operated on the Shopify platform, which uses Transport Layer Security (TLS) encryption for all transmissions and processes payments through PCI-DSS compliant payment providers. After a transaction, your sensitive payment information (credit card numbers, etc.) is not stored on our servers.

Do we use cookies?

Yes. Cookies are small files that a site or its service provider transfers to your computer through your web browser (if you allow) that enable the site's systems to recognize your browser and capture and remember certain information.

Analytics and session replay (Microsoft Clarity)

We partner with Microsoft Clarity to understand how visitors use and interact with our website through behavioral metrics, heatmaps, and session replay. Clarity may record actions such as mouse movements, clicks, scrolls, and the pages you view, using cookies and similar technologies. We use this information to identify usability issues, improve our store, and protect against fraudulent or malicious activity. Sensitive information you enter into forms — including your name, email address, mailing address, and payment details — is masked and is not captured in these recordings. This data is processed by Microsoft on our behalf in accordance with the Microsoft Privacy Statement. You can limit cookie-based tracking through your browser settings.

Do we disclose any information to outside parties?

We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer to outside parties your personally identifiable information. This does not include trusted third parties who assist us in operating our website, conducting our business, or servicing you, so long as those parties agree to keep this information confidential. Current trusted processors include Shopify (storefront and checkout), our delivery partners, and analytics providers such as Microsoft Clarity. We may also release your information when we believe release is appropriate to comply with the law, enforce our site policies, or protect our rights, property, or safety.
